Types and functions of rearview mirrors
Interior rearview mirror (interior rearview mirror):

Position and field of view: Located in the center above the front windshield of the vehicle, providing a view of the rear of the vehicle.
Main function: Help the driver observe the traffic conditions behind the vehicle, especially when driving straight and changing lanes. There is usually a manual or automatic anti-glare function to reduce the interference of rear vehicle lights at night.
Exterior rearview mirror (exterior rearview mirror):

Position and field of view: Installed on the outside of the front door on both sides of the vehicle, providing a view of both sides of the vehicle and part of the rear.
Main function: Help the driver observe the traffic conditions on both sides and behind the vehicle, especially when changing lanes, overtaking and turning, to ensure that there are no blind spots.
Heating function: Some exterior mirrors have a heating function to prevent frost or fogging in cold weather.

Car rearview mirrors are key components used by drivers to observe the rear and side conditions of the vehicle, mainly including interior rearview mirrors (interior rearview mirrors) and exterior rearview mirrors (exterior rearview mirrors). Proper use of rearview mirrors is an important factor in safe driving, as they help drivers understand the surrounding environment, make timely driving decisions, and prevent accidents.
